The Noble Quran:
Chapter 44 in the Noble Quran is composed of 85 verses.
Verses from 1-10 are talking about Allah has already decreed that which will happen. The Quran that clarifies everything, it is the book that distinguishes what is lawful from what is unlawful. On a blessed night, the Night of Ordainment, Allah has revealed the Quran.
---------------
Verse one says: Ha-Mim;
It is said it means that Allah has already decreed that which will happen, i.e. He has shown it. However, Allah knows best what He means by these letters.
Verse two says that Allah swore by the Book, the Quran that clarifies everything, it is the book that distinguishes what is lawful from what is unlawful.
Verse three says:
Indeed Allah sent the Angel Gabriel with the Quran;
Allah has revealed the Quran on a blessed night, the Night of Ordainment, in which it was revealed from the Mother Book, from the seventh heaven to the heaven of this world. Indeed Allah is ever warning mankind by means of the Quran.
Verse four says:
Whereupon, in this Night of Ordainment, every wise command, every definitive matter, that has been fixed, with regard to the provisions and the terms of life and other things decreed by Allah for the entire year until that same night again [the following year], is distinguished, is decided
In other word, every thing to take place from year to year is made clear and is clarified on the Night of Ordainment, the blessed night!
Verse five says that Allah explains to Gabriel, Michael, and the Angel of death what they are entrusted with from year to year.
Indeed Allah has sent messengers with Scriptures, such as Muhammad and those before him.
---------------
The Verses 1-5 (YUSUFALI translation):
[1] Ha-Mim
[2] By the book that makes things clear;-
[3] We sent it down during a blessed night: for we (ever) wish to warn (against evil).
[4] Whereon every wise command, every affair of wisdom is made clear
[5] By command, from our presence. For we (ever) send (revelations),
