Why use autoresponders.

It really is a pain when you want to check you online business real quick to see how it is doing and you end up spending hours replying to countless emails, often times not having enough time to reply every single one of them, this is something that happens to most online businesses as they grow, and we can not say at all it is bad if your business is growing.

For many websites and online business there is no question such as "why use autoresponders"? it goes something more like, "I need an autoresponder now" because you can automate the process of your business actions when it comes to a clients request.

Lets say your online business accepts subscribers and is selling an ebook which you can download right from your website as soon as the client buys it, but in order for the client to be able to download the ebook he needs to receive a special link which you will provide after payment is received.

So why use autoresponders?? here is what would happen in that scenario:

If you DONT have an autoresponder:

- The client will have to wait untill you get online and maybe wait untill you take care of other clients that came in first.

- In addition to sending the special link, you have to send a thank you email, you dont want to be rude, you can say thank you and send the link in the same email, but that wont cut but a few clicks of your mouse and maybe less then 30 second time.

- Your potential subscribers, provided they decide to join will have to wait too long and by the time you go and send the welcome email they can be thinking of unsubscribing due to the timespan, or maybe they find information elsewhere while waiting.

If you DO HAVE an autoresponder:

- The client immediatly receives the ebook bought, the process is automated and every client receives their product right away

- Not having to put all together the special link and the thank you email. You can have the autoresponder send a seperate thank you email, giving you a more warm approach to your client and perhaps a clean space to advertise another one of your products

- All your subscribers receive welcome emails right away, and you can for instance, have a special goody for subscribers, like a special report just for subscribing, and have all that sent automatically without you even getting online.

Also once your business starts to grow like that, if your business could use an autoresponder and you are not using one, you are loosing money and costumers every day, period.

Another thing about auto responders is you can send an email to a huge list if you have one, and advertise to all your happy clients and subscribers because you have been so on point with them, and have them potentially buy from you, or buy from you again.
