There are various ways to do protect, raise, or reinforce your self esteem.
Try to spend time with people who like you and care about you.
Be bold to ignore people who used to put you down or treat you badly.
Always used to do things which make you feel happy and enjoy.
Always do things in which you are good
Whenever you got success appreciate yourself
Try to be your own friend first, do things which are good for you and treat yourself well
Be improving day by day
Don't lie on others decisions, make your own decisions
Do whatever you think is right
Always be true to yourself and your values
Try to respect others
Always try to set and achieve goals

It is necessary to become aware, how their level of self esteem affects their daily lives
Try to relate between their self esteem and the kinds of choices they make
It is necessary to learn some other ways to enhance their self esteem
Self Esteem compared with bucket full of water. It gets start when we born. Whenever we made develop negative beliefs about ourselves, it is just like making holes in that bucket and what happens our self esteem washes out. Take out list and put it on wall to serve as a constant reminder.
There are things which we have discussed earlier above, try to go through that have a discussion on that in group and discuss each pint, it will help to protect, raise, or reinforce our self esteem.
Eleanor Roosevelt said that "Nobody can make you feel inferior without your permission." Make a discussion on this topic and try to find what does it mean? Which are other cases where this hold false? Which are the situations where these quotes are most useful to remember?.
Do one thing watch the television program and write about one of the character which you have seen. Did that character exhibit high or low self esteem? If yes, how can you say that? Describe how that character's self esteem showed up in his or her personal behavior.
Is there really something about yourself which you feel very good? How do you think you are good about that? How it affect your self esteem? What message it gives you about yourself?
Whatever we used to believe about ourselves that used to reflect in our self esteem. Here positive beliefs make us feel good and also raise our self esteem. Negative beliefs make us feel bad, which makes lower self esteem.
