AC Milan and the Barça are running out of time to get ready for the match that decides who will go to the Champions League Final. One of them will dispute de final either against Arsenal from England or Villareal from Spain.

Carlo Ancelotti, AC Milan’s coach is confident that his six time winner team will get to the Champions League final for the second year in a row, if they get to beat Barcelona on Wednesday. All that Barcelona needs to get to the final is a draw. It would be their fifth Champions League Final.

AC Milan expects to reverse the 1-0 score they were victims of last week during the Champions League semi-final first leg at Milan’s San Siro Stadium which increased Barcelona’s opportunities to get to the final on May 17th, against Villareal or Arsenal in Paris.

Milan has presented a lot of injured players: Captain Paolo Maldini, Cafu, Andriy Shevchenko, Kaka and Alessandro Nesta are all trying to overcome injuries. Nesta’s chances to do so are few by now. And Massimo Ambrosini is definitely out of the game.

Barcelona is also experiencing a lack of some of their players for this game: Lionel Messi who is injured, defender Oleguer Presas is suspended and Xavi Hernandez won’t be participating either. On the other hand, midfielder Deco, who was suspended during the first game, will be coming back for this match.

The Clubs Benfica (Lisboa, Portugal), Internazionale (Milan, Italy), Juventus (Turin, Italy) and Lyon (Lyon, France) were eliminated during the quarter finals.
