Most of the metropolitan cities of India, have to face this kind of difficulties. These HR Managers of IT Companies are perplexed when the employee thinks leaves the job.

If we keep ourselves into these managers’ shoes, we find empathy to their exhausting pain in retaining their existing employees. This is not the issue with only one organization perhaps, but you go to any organization, industry or any software field of business or any private or public sector, it is the same issue. No matter what variety of perks given to the employees, the employee turnover is increasing by months and months.
