Kill and burn all who live in that town in the Bible

In Deuteronomy 13:12-18

What if you hear wicked men in a town saying, "Let us go and worship other gods"?

If you hear it said about one of the towns the LORD is giving you to live in
That wicked men have arisen among you and have led the people of their town astray, saying, "Let us go and worship other gods" (gods you have not known),
Then you must inquire, probe and investigate it thoroughly. And if it is true
And it has been proved that this detestable thing has been done among you,

In this case, the Lord Commands to kill and burn all who live in that town!

You must certainly put to the sword all who live in that town. Destroy it completely,
(You shall surely strike the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword)
Both its people
And its livestock
(Utterly destroying it and all that is in it and its cattle with the edge of the sword)
Gather all the plunder of the town into the middle of the public square
And completely burn the town
(And burn the city and all its booty with fire as a whole burnt)
And all its plunder as a whole burnt offering to the LORD your God.
It is to remain a ruin forever, never to be rebuilt.
(And it shall be a ruin forever. It shall never be rebuilt)
None of those condemned things shall be found in your hands,

What are the Rewards if you do that?

1) So that the LORD will turn from his fierce anger;
2) He will show you mercy,
3) He will have compassion on you,
4) He will increase your numbers,
As he promised on oath to your forefathers,

Are these acts right or evil?

1) Because you obey the LORD your God,
2) Keeping all his commands that I am giving you today
3) And doing what is right in his eyes.

12 If you hear it said about one of the towns the LORD your God is giving you to live in 13 that wicked men have arisen among you and have led the people of their town astray, saying, "Let us go and worship other gods" (gods you have not known), 14 then you must inquire, probe and investigate it thoroughly. 13some worthless men have gone out from among you and have seduced the inhabitants of their city, saying, 'Let us go and serve other gods' (whom you have not known),
14then you shall investigate and search out and inquire thoroughly. If it is true and the matter established that this abomination has been done among you,
15you shall surely strike the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, utterly destroying it and all that is in it and its cattle with the edge of the sword.
16Then you shall gather all its booty into the middle of its open square and burn the city and all its booty with fire as a whole burnt offering to the LORD your God; and it shall be a ruin forever. It shall never be rebuilt.
17"Nothing from that which is put under the ban shall cling to your hand, in order that the LORD may turn from His burning anger and show mercy to you, and have compassion on you and make you increase, just as He has sworn to your fathers,

Kill and burn all who live in that town in the Quran

These Commandments to kill the Uncircumcised, one who curses his father or his mother, the gay, the Zoosexual, whosoever does work in the Sabbath, your brother, your son, your daughter, your wife and your friend if they try to turn you away from the LORD and all who live in that town are not found in the Quran.

What if the Quran was the Book which commands to kill 1) the Uncircumcised, 2) the one who curses his father or his mother, 3) the gay, 4) the Zoosexual together with the animal, 5) whosoever does work in the Sabbath! 6) Your brother, your son, your daughter, your wife and your friend if they try to turn you away from the LORD and 7) to kill and burn all who live in that town!
What the Western Media would have said? What names they have given the Quran in such case?
