Do you want an experience that is private, or family?

If the lawn and gardens looks neglected and the outside of the house is generally sloppy looking, it is pretty likely that the rooms inside are likewise. Let’s face it, most of us don’t like the idea of leaving a B and B once we’re in even if we have some doubts, but using the outside to judge your experience can help you avoid even this minor level of commitment.
