Keep in mind that if you find a house that suits all your needs, you don't have to jump to make an offer. You never know, there may be other homes that will suit you even better so take the time to consider all the options. It's a good idea to make sure that you have your mortgage pre-approved and ready to go at this time so when you choose to make an offer, there will not be any hold ups in the financing.
