Conclusion
The menu navigation is excellent. There is no lag; something the other manufacturers should learn. A unique and great feature is that merely highlighting an option will get you a pop-up box that'll tell you the current phone setting. No need to select and go in. Once you get used to this feature, you'll wonder how you did without earlier!

The phone has one problem though, and this is something I find annoying in ALL music playing phones. It comes with a proprietary headphone jack. Let's face it, bundled earphones are crappy (yeah, even the iPod ones), and I would like to be able to connect my own headphones to it.

And while the overall build and keypad tactile feedback is good, the slightly recessed keys might give you some problems if you have large fingers.
Apart from the couple of issues mentioned above, this is an excellent buy at the price point. If you are looking for a full feature phone and want ultra-thin, ultra-small, the Fly SL500 delivers big time.
