Are you unsure of what type of email campaign you should set up? What email messages and offers should you send to your customer list to increase sales? Let’s look at an example to answer this question.

Let’s say you have 10,000 names in your database. You are sending tips out every week and a few broadcasts in between. You have several websites up and running. What kind of email campaign should you engage in?

Let’s say that you also have a sales letter, squeeze page, CD offer, article site, eBook site, teleseminar site, and coaching site also ready to go. What can you do in your email campaign to introduce customers to your new sites?

Underneath your name in your tips email, introduce them to your website by sending them directly to your article site or authority site. Don’t send them to your teleseminar site, CD site, or coaching site because you want different, specific campaigns for each of these sites.

Sending customers to your article site or authority site will provide more free information to them. You will start to train your list to click on links when you want them to. They will begin to trust you and become familiar with you.

For the teleseminar site, CD site, and coaching site: Ask yourself “What are you going to sell this week?” This allows you to be focused. For example, send 2-3 emails regarding only your CD offer for one week. Then take a week off from selling them the CD offer and provide free information. Don’t worry about the response. Keep working.

Then sell a teleseminar (sell coaching during the teleseminar). Then give away something free. Then sell your coaching. Then give something away free. Schedule: Sell week, free week, sell week, free week, etc. Plan your schedule. Figure out what you want to sell and when. Plus, “what” you want to give away free and when.

If you want to make more money you have to hit it hard and send out emails. An email a day keeps bankruptcy away. Get in a routine. For example, you can send out emails every Tuesday and Thursdays from 10am – 12pm. Schedule it so you do it and won’t forget it!
