In the ever more stressful world we live in today, sleep is more essential than ever, although many people seem to struggle for that elusive 7 - 9 hours recommended sleep. It is vital that your body is allowed to rest, to “recharge” and boost the body’s natural defence systems. After a good sleep you will feel bright, focused and ready to tackle the world. So what are the secrets of a good nights sleep?

Your state of mind and your environment are the most vital factors of a good nights sleep. You need to feel relaxed and comfortable to even begin to settle down.

After coming in from a hard days work, or a day of looking after the kids, it can be difficult to relax and begin to wind-down.
