You might be surprised at what they have that you haven’t capitalized on.

4- Look for what your clients want. Not what you want. They’re the ones bringing in the money anyway. They know what they want and what can move them to action. If you need to interview them, make a survey, or even have a contest, go ahead. The faster you find the needs that are not met yet, the quicker it will be for you to provide solutions for it and increase your profits in the process.
