When you arrive at the supermarket till you are faced with the fact that there is certain cash back for paying with your debit card. You have forgotten your card, so you say, It is all right, and I will pay cash. And to your surprise, you pay the full price, no discount, no cash back… as if real, authentic cash were some sort of snag, bad word, taboo or…

It is a good way to get used to being up to date with payments, instead of living behind schedule, as it happens with a credit card. Credit ratings will be improved, since there is a lower risk of credit card delinquency.
