Despite growing credit concerns, the outlook for Sofia’s real estate market is still bright. This is the conclusion from a recent analysis of the property sector conducted upon the request of real estate investment company Karrat Group, which has gained enormous popularity over the last couple of years with the construction of Sofia’s most ambitious residential complex – City of Fountains.

Demand for Sofia apartments and office buildings has remained at record levels, although the focus has now shifted to high standards, quality, and convenience, and property seekers’ expectations are higher than ever, Karrat Group officials explain.
