Free Articles Zone Editorial Guidelines

Free Articles Zone is a Free reprint articles resource. By submitting free reprint articles for publishing on Free Articles Zone you must agree to the terms of service, thus letting any webmaster, online publisher or editor use your articles for free article reprint purposes.
The following editorial guidelines are intended to let you (the article composer) understand our requirements for inclusion in our free reprint articles database. 

 Article CONTENT Guidelines 

1. Proper use of the English language – make sure to review your article for any kind of language mistakes (grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure). 
   
2. Originality – Any article you submit must be an article you wrote. In case you are submitting an article for someone else, please submit it under the writer’s name (not your own).
   You can only submit an article you have purchased, in case you are the SOLE rights owner. 
   
3. Content quality – the submitted article must be useful, informative and reliable. Best practices, case studies, personal experience, analysis and commentary are the right materials for achieving this purpose. 
   
4. Articles Must not contain the following list of Content topics:
   
   i. Excessive profanity
   
   ii. Violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization
   
   iii. Hacking/cracking content
   
   iv. Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
   
   v. Pornography, adult, or mature content
   
   vi. Gambling or casino-related content
   
   vii. Excessive advertising
   
   viii. Any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others
   
   ix. Pop-ups, pop-unders or exit windows that interfere with site navigation, obscure Google ads, change user preferences, or are for downloads. Other types of pop-ups, pop-unders, or exit windows may be allowed, provided that they do not exceed a combined total of 5 per user session
   
   x. Excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant keywords in the content or code of web pages
   
   xi. Deceptive or manipulative content or construction to improve your site's search engine ranking, e.g., your site's PageRank
   
   xii. Incentives (monetary or point-based) to users to click on links or ads while visiting a site containing Ads
   
   xiii. Sales or promotion of certain weapons, such as firearms, ammunition, balisongs, butterfly knives, and brass knuckles
   
   xiv. Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
   
   xv. Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
   
   xvi. Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
   
   xvii. Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods 
   
5. Must not contain affiliate program links. 
   
6. No press releases, advertisements, or solicited information please. 
   
7. Search our site for your article before submitting – make sure you or anyone on your behalf have not submitted it before. 
   
8. Search our site for duplicate article titles - our system only allows unique article titles. In the case of duplicate titles, the older article  will be shown.

 Article FORMAT Guidelines 

1. Length restrictions -
   Article title must have a maximum of 150 characters,
   article body must have a maximum of 15,000 characters,
   Resource box must have a maximum of 400 characters.
   
2. Optimize your title – since all our website content is search engine optimized, your title will be the key driver of traffic to your article. In order to help us promote your article, please write a title that incorporates “keywords”, and expresses the content world of your article in the most precise way. 
   
3. A link to your website or e-mail can only be included in the article resource box, not in the article body. Any links in the article body will be erased or deactivated by us (in case we still want to publish your article). Make sure that your links are properly written, and are linked to an active NO SPAM website. We will not accept articles linking to SPAM websites. 
   If you wish to add a text link to your signature, please do so in HTML format:

   If you wish to link a url without text, do not forget to use http:// prefix, so our system identifies the link.
4. Make sure not to use the follwing list of chars in the article title:    /   &   ^   *   #   @
   The system does not support the above chars, and articles with titles containing any of them will make the article invisible.
   
5. Your title must be in Upper and Lower Case Letters with the 1st letter of each major word capitalized. 
   
6. Do not end your title with a period. 
   
7. Copyrights and reprint rights must be at the bottom of your article. 
   
8. Use of HTML tags should be minimal. Submitted articles can only include the following HTML tags:
   
   i. <strong>BOLD</strong>
   
   ii.  <u>UNDERLINE</u>
   
   iii. <em>ITALICS</em>
   
   iv. <pre> and </pre> for text tables. 
   
   v. <li> for bullet point lists. 
   
   vi. <blockquote>INDENT PARAGRAPH</blockquote>
   
   vii. As noted before, active links which link to an active website can only be added to the resource box, not the article body.
   
   All other tags will be stripped from the code. 
   
9. Free reprint articles keywords are important for your article search engine ranking, as well as free-articles-zone search mechanism. Please add a comma separated list including any keywords you think are relevant. 
   
10. Placing your article in the correct category is highly important; please look through the list of categories to make sure you choose the correct one. In case you cannot find a relevant category you may suggest one. 
    
11. Please make sure to remove any excess line breaks, especially at the end of your article – they will push the resource box downwards, and you may lose some traffic to your website.
